To celebrate the most gourmet time of year, Jérôme Banctel, Executive Chef of the Michelin two-star restaurant Le Gabriel, along with Head Pastry Chef Adrien Salavert, are unveiling their two exclusive creations specially designed to enchant your festive table.


Inspired by the Cordovan leather adorning Le Gabriel, the two chefs have dreamed up a yule log enhanced with dainty icing picking up the characteristic raised pattern of this noble and elegant material dappled with gold accents entirely in tune with the gourmet spirit of the festive season. At the heart of this yule log infused with Michel Reybier champagne, a wealth of exotic fruits – mango, passion fruit, pineapple and coconut – combine to create an astonishingly fresh and refined blend of flavors.
