Japanese grilling on the terrace
The south-facing terrace of La Pagode de Cos is introducing an exclusive new menu, featuring fish or meat of the day grilled in Binchotan, a white smoke-free charcoal famed in Japan for enhancing flavors and dishes. Also on the menu are cold platters just as we like them in the summer: runner beans and rock crab with sesame sauce; salmon carpaccio with Thai spices; tuna tartare with sesame-sprinkled avocado.

Mediterranean-flavored menu on the patio
Designed by the two Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Banctel, the new La Pagode de Cos menu – which can also be enjoyed in the lush and elegant atmosphere of the patio on sunny days – offers all the Mediterranean flavors that are especially appreciated in summer, naturally featuring homemade fresh pasta.
