The Spa is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. The swimming pool and fitness center are reserved for the exclusive use of clients of the hotel and the apartments, for people with individual class reservations as well as Spa members. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parents. They are welcome at the pool before 10 am and after 7.30 pm

With regard to treatment reservations, the minimum age for massages and facials is 16. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent when using the

We recommend that you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment so that you can enjoy the benefit of a hamman session or a refreshment at the start of your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a reduction in the duration of your treatment which will be charged for in full. All reservations will be confirmed by us the day before your appointment. Outside clients are required to provide a credit card as a guarantee for treatment reservations.

When you make your reservation, please tell us about your state of health or any allergies you may have so that we can offer you suitable treatments tailored as closely as possible to your needs. When you arrive at the spa, you will be given a health questionnaire. When using the hammam, please remember that the heat from the hammam is entirely inadvisable for people with circulatory issues, high blood pressure or respiratory problems. Pregnant women are welcome to book treatments from the beginning of their second trimester. We encourage you to mention your pregnancy to our receptionists so that they can assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatments.

Hairdressing services (cut and blow-dry) can be provided in the comfort of your room. We advise you to make your reservation with our receptionists 48 hours before the appointment time you desire.

Should you wish to enjoy your spa treatments in your room, a 50 € supplement will be charged per treatment. Between 9 and 11 pm, a 50% increase will be added to the cost of the treatment, and between 11 pm and 9 am this will increase to 100%. Treatments are subject to availability.

Gowns, slippers and disposable underwear are available at the spa. Sport shoes are compulsory in the fitness studio. Flip-flops and slippers are not allowed.

In the interests of everybody’s well-being and peace, please switch off your mobile telephones and other electronic devices when entering the spa area. Should you be expecting a message, our receptionists will be delighted to assist you.

Changing rooms are available for your comfort and convenience where you will find gowns, slippers and towels as well as a full range of toiletries required for you to freshen up. A locker with a code is at your disposal.

We refuse all responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal effects. We advise you to keep your valuables in the safe in your room if you are staying at the hotel, or in your private locker at the spa which is locked with a code.

Please notify us of cancellations or changes to appointments at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order to avoid being invoiced the full cost of the treatment.

We offer a wide range of face and body spa products by Nescens, a Swiss brand whose products are exclusively sold by the Spa at La Réserve Paris. The result of scientific research, these cosmeceutical products are renowned for their effectiveness thanks to active anti-aging, moisturizing and resurfacing ingredients. Our beauty therapists are at your disposal for any personalized information you may require. Our Signature La Réserve candles and home fragrances are also available for purchase in our our boutique area.

Gift boxes can be purchased online here, and are also available from the spa reception. All treatments, including our packages, may be purchased in the form of gift vouchers. These are valid from the date of purchase and are nominative. They may not be exchanged and are non-refundable.
