“Baolinh”
La Réserve Paris is springing a surprise with “Baolinh”, a street food recipe as delicious as it is unusual. The brainchild of three Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Banctel and his long-time culinary accomplice, sous-cheffe Linh Nguyen, created this stuffed steamed bun. A perfect fusion of the traditional blini recipe and the Vietnamese bao.
A gourmet experience interpreted through 3 flavors, with the Lobster, Beef or Vegetarian “Baolinh”.
An irresistible treat to be savored all season long, available daily from 11am to 11:30 pm. To be enjoyed in take-away mode or in the Bar Le Gaspard’s terraces.
