Chef Jérôme Banctel nominated Ambassador of Château Cos d’Estournel
To mark this tenth anniversary, Michel Reybier and Michelin three-starred chef Jérôme Banctel are delighted to announce a new stage in the history of La Réserve Paris: the chef’s appointment as Ambassador of Château Cos d’Estournel, in addition to the role he has performed since the inauguration of La Réserve Paris.
This announcement celebrates a decade of successful collaboration between Michel Reybier – a visionary in the hospitality industry and the way of life the French call art de vivre – and Jérôme Banctel, one of the greatest chefs of his generation. As Ambassador of Cos d’Estournel, the latter will uphold the values of excellence and refinement characterizing both La Réserve Paris and the château, an icon of the Saint-Estèphe terroir.
