All that remains is to savor the romance of the moment and the three-course menu prepared by Jérôme Banctel, the Michelin two-starred chef of La Réserve Paris. Depending on the inspiration of the day, he revisits the gourmet repertoire that has shaped his reputation: Miso salmon with citrus fruit; Lemon caviar veal tartar; Blue lobster salad, green beans and sesame goma sauce, without forgetting dessert and mignardises. A unique experience in Paris, with La Réserve’s emblematic sense of refinement, to be gifted as a special occasion or for the pleasure of seeing Paris in a new light.

For this standout river crossing of Paris, the vintage motoscafo bearing the colors of La Réserve Paris starts from the splendid Alexandre III bridge, a stone’s throw from the palace hotel on Avenue Gabriel. The boat glides past iconic monuments – the Eiffel Tower, then the Place de la Concorde, the Jardin des Tuileries, the Pont des Arts, the Louvre, the Hôtel de Ville, Notre-Dame Cathedral – before turning around at the upper end of the Île Saint-Louis, heading for the Pont de l’Alma and back to the quayside.
