The pop-up establishment is reopening this year with a brand-new look. This venue dedicated to the treasures of the sea has been completely redesigned and its culinary offerings enhanced.
True to his Breton roots, three Michelin-starred Chef Jérôme Banctel offers a menu inspired by the sea, with the purity and freshness of the ingredients at the heart of his creations. The dishes vary according to the catch of the day, prepared to perfection and accompanied by light condiments and a selection of wines by the glass.
Dishes are shared, reinforcing the location’s warm atmosphere. This year, the menu features “Crudo” prepared to order in front of guests, with sushi and sashimi made from scallops, yellowtail and Otoro tuna. The “Petite Marée” and “Grande Marée” selections include dishes such as Cold Oysters, Poached Langoustines, Sole Tempura with Maison Kaviari caviar and Scallops in Cotriade, sure to please lovers of seafood cuisine. A four-course tasting menu centered around Maison Kaviari caviar completes the offering.
To conclude this flavor-filled ballet, “Douce Marée” unveils two gourmet creations by Pastry Chef Jordan Talbot: the Tarte Fine aux Pommes with vanilla ice cream and the not-to-be-missed Tarte Chocolat Signature.
