This winter, Chef Jérôme Banctel and MOF chocolate-maker Patrick Roger explore once again their affinities and deliver a new version of this exceptional hot chocolate. The Retour en Enfance Truffe Nature Patrick Roger unfurls voluptuous aromas. The Grande Réserve one combines the sweetness of Truffe Nature Patrick Roger with Piedmont hazelnuts.
These two chocolate beverages are served with Belgian waffles with pearl sugar, based on a recipe revealing the aromas of Madagascar vanilla and a hint of orange blossom. For even more intense flavor, these sweet treats can be served with a delicate Madagascar vanilla whipped cream.
To be enjoyed by the fireplace at the La Pagode de Cos restaurant, in the warm atmosphere of the Library or at the Bar Le Gaspard
