LA RÉSERVE PARIS CELEBRATES EPIPHANY
Pastry chef Jordan Talbot is unveiling his Galette des Rois (Three Kings Cake). It features a frangipane cream delicately flavored with orange blossom and Mexican vanilla. Adorned with elegant wavy lines, this flaky creation is sprinkled with caramelized Valencia almonds and crispy gavottes, for a crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The Galette des Rois features a porcelain « bean » by Jacques Pergay, in the shape of the iconic La Réserve Paris door. The lucky sweet-toothed gourmets who discover one of the five red “beans” will be treated to a hot chocolate for two, to enjoy in the cozy atmosphere of the palace hotel.
